This secluded and unique villa is possibly the finest example of the perfect holiday home in Paphos due to the breathtaking views which stretch from Paphos Harbour to the Akamas peninsula and the exquisite, opulent and rich interior space decorated with fine Italian furniture, warm inviting colours and beautiful art work.
Glass panelled windows in the main living space look out over the pool and garden area but also allows the panoramic views to flood through the windows bringing the outside living into the interior design.
This villa is also ideal for wedding receptions and venues as the pool area and grounds are large enough to accommodate up to 50 seated persons.
With added luxuries such as a hot tub Jacuzzi, 2 kitchens, large kidney shape infinity pool complete with a bridge, fire place, breakfast bar, covered outside dining area with built in barbecue.

The main section of the villa has an open long living area with comfortable sofas facing out towards the double panelled windows taking advantage of the views. A dining table which accommodates 12 persons and a large wooden American style kitchen complete with high spec appliances and a breakfast/kitchen bar.
The living area offers satellite flat screen TV (limited channels) stereo system, DVD payer plus wireless broad band connection ( own lap top required)
The ground floor of the main building next to the lounge area offers 2 twin bedded rooms with a further 2 single beds available on the mezzanine level only suitable for children under 12 years old due to the height of the ceiling. Both the twin bedrooms share a family bathroom
2 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the main building, one master bedroom with large en-suite facilities, and built in wardrobes for ample storage, TV and large balcony with views over the pool. The second bedroom on the first floor offers 2 single beds also with private en-suite and balcony.

The annexe is located to the side of the main building and accommodated a total of 5 persons making it ideal for a family to stay in the self contained apartment. This features a separate kitchen complete with breakfast table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher leading into a comfortable lounge area complete with sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player.

A mezzanine floor with beamed ceilings is located above the main annexe lounge offers 2 single beds and hares the family bathroom.

The highlight of this villa is the outside living space providing landscaped gardens and terrace area which has been designed on various levels, using mediums such as pebbles, stone, decking and grass to give the grounds depth and interest. The infinity pool is large enough to accommodate 15 persons and is a wonderful place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the views. The bridge over the pool offers a unique touch to the design plus great photo opportunities for wedding couples.
Plenty of outdoor seating areas for dining and relaxation plus sun beds, umbrellas, hot tub Jacuzzi (additional charge) barbecue area and bar.
Bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Air- conditioning or heating is available throughout the villa.
The air-conditioning units in the living areas is not included in the rental and is optional.
€12 Euro per unit per day for the living area of the annexe.
€16 Euro per unit per day for the living area of the main house (2 units available).

Hot tub Jacuzzi is an additional €85 Euro per day and is optional. It is payable directly to the villa owner on arrival. The Jacuzzi should be pre-booked as it can take up to 24-48 hours to heat. The Jacuzzi can be booked for a minimum of 4 days.

Breakage and damage deposit €750 which is refundable at the end of the rental period. This is to be paid in cash directly to the villa owner on arrival at the property and will be refunded in cash on the day of departure.

The villa can accommodate 15 persons. For any extra person more than 15, there is an extra charge of £100 Pounds per person per week.
