Imagine having your wedding reception here; renewing your vows, or indulging in that once in a lifetime holidays shared with family and friends. This villa offers 7 spacious bedrooms but can sleep up to 16 persons, with the huge master bedroom divided into 2 rooms on request with a none sound proof divider. The 8th room will be with a double sofa bed after the division.

This villa is built on an elevated position capturing the panoramic views across the Peyia hillside to the sea. The villa is glass fronted with large patio doors plus floor to ceiling glass bedroom windows bringing the outside views into the living space. The beautiful symmetrical lines allow energy flow and the entire space has been built with Feng Shui in mind.

An infinity pool is located at the front of the villa which faces the views complete with Roman steeps and for added luxury sunken bar stool and a bar area.
7 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The Master bedrooms offer large balconies, walk in wardrobes, designer bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi bath and power showers. The master bathroom offers a large bath positioned in front of a floor to ceiling tinted window so one can soak in the tub with a glass of wine and be inspired by the view (how romantic).
The other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom and a separate toilet with wash basin.
Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to share.
Bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Another highlight to this wonderful villa is the 30 meter outside elevated decking area which is complete with outside furniture, barbecues area, gazebo , built in Morocco seating area . This area has been especially designed to host wedding receptions and parties and can cater for approximately 45 guests.
Location wise the villa is secluded and very private. 5 minutes drive to Peyia village, approximately 4km and 10 minutes to Coral Bay centre. Car hire is essential when renting this property.

Air-conditioning is available throughout the villa at an additional charge and payable locally to the villa owner.
The air-conditioning unit in the large living area is not included in the rental and is optional at €35 Euro per day.

A breakage and damage deposit of €650 Euro is payable to the owner of arrival and refunded at the end of the rental period.
