This deluxe four bedroom villa is literally built on the beach front offering panoramic sea views. Located 10 minutes drive from Polis centre in an area called Ayia Marina next to Argaka. The area of Argaka is very up and coming, not only does it offer the wonderful coastal area and views, clear blues water, and mountain views the area of Argaka also has a variety of fish tavernas, Cypriot restaurants, Irish bar with food and live music plus bakeries, supermarkets and local shops.
10 minutes drive from Polis centre which is a small town centred on a Venetian style cobbles square where you can enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the Cypriot culture whilst enjoying an array of local cuisine, wine and refreshments in the many restaurants and bars available.
Latchi harbour is also close to this villa (15 minutes drive) where you can enjoy the picturesque fishing village, long stretches of beaches, many traditional fish restaurants as well as international foods, boat excursions along the peninsula and many shops and bars.
The villa is on the beach with neighbour its sister Cyprus Beach Villa 359 and waterfront in less than 100 meters.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms in total 2 twin rooms with single beds and 2 double rooms with double beds. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bedded room and a twin bedded room. Both with private en-suite shower rooms.
The first floor offers 1 double bedded room and a twin bedded room. Both with private en-suite shower rooms. Both Master double bedrooms have televisions. The upstairs bedrooms also offer private balconies with fabulous sea and pool views.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and airy ideal for the summer months. Marble floors throughout and decorated to a high standard. This villa offers internet TV with digibox with a big variety of British channels, DVD player, stereo system.

Other facilities include, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave oven, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, burglar alarm and security system, bed linen, towels, weekly maid service, pool and garden maintenance.
Outside area is beautiful kept with a large private pool 9x4.5 meters, grass area ideal for the children to play on, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs, shaded sun terrace private parking.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Only for 2023 Air-conditioning is additional and can be paid locally €6 per unit per day.
For 2024 only the air-conditioning units in the living are optional at €6 per unit per day

Preferred change over day Saturday/Sunday.
