This high quality holiday villa is situated in Argaka village alongside the coastal road within extensive grounds (120 meters beach front) benefits from superb mountain views to the rear and panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and Akamas Peninsula to the front. The location and the views are brilliant. This outstanding villa is highly recommended. The villa offers some of the most stunning sunset views the island has to offer. Alone on the beach with only neighbour its sister Beach Villa 314, also waterfront at a distance less than 100 meters.

The spacious open plan living area features a fireplace, furnished with modern leather sofas with entertainment being provided by a large flat screen television and satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo system. Modern kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee and juice maker and kettle. The dining area features a large modern dining table and chairs.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with units in each bedroom, a unit in the living room and one in the basement (air-conditioning is an optional facility). A baby cot and a high chair is available on request. Available also is a safety box, 2 hair dryers, an iron and an iron board.

The villa has also the luxury of a free wireless internet connection.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find 2 bedrooms. The first one is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, wc and washbasin. The second one is a twin bedroom also with en suite bathroom, wc and wash basin. Both bedrooms have access to a veranda through their large glass patio doors. The veranda is fenced with glass for unobstructed views to the sea.

Large full glass patio doors lead the way from the living area to the outside covered veranda and patio area. The covered veranda is equipped with chairs and table providing shade for a lunch in the warm summer days. The raised patio area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy the hot Cypriot sun. The 4.5x10.5 meters infinity pool (overflow on the three sites, vanishing edge on the fourth site) offers you the opportunity to cool down (there are built walk in steps, marble grill coping, depth 1.00m - 1.60m)

Barbecue area next to the swimming pool to enjoy the experience of outdoor dining.

The whole patio area and verandas on the sea site are fenced with glass fence providing security but still allowing for you to enjoy the most breathtaking sea views no matter indeed what activity you are enjoying outside: a swim to the pool, a lay down on the sun beds or simply enjoying a good book on the lounge furniture.

An external stairs case will lead the way down to the lawn area. Further more a huge yard is left available exactly on the beach front. A few meters more lead to the sandy beach and the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. At the front of the villa you will find parking for 3-4 cars. From the ground floor moving down to the basement, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a sink. There is also a separate shower room with wash basin and w.c.

One of the villas many luxuries: a spacious games area with entertainment for everyone. This big room features plenty of activities for all the members of the family with a pool table, a table football and gym equipment as well as children's play area. It also benefits from air conditioning (optional), a sofa that becomes a double bed and 2 separate comfortable sofa beds. Next to this room there are a couple of storage rooms.

Moving up to the ground floor and then again up to the first floor, you will find the other 2 bedrooms. A double one with an en suite shower room, wc and wash basin and the second one with a twin bedroom and en suite bathroom, wc and wash basin. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious roof terrace with built cement seats equipped with cushions for you to enjoy the views of the amazing sunsets of Chrysochou Bay.
The open plan dining area of this villa and every covered or uncovered areas are exactly parallel to the beach front all fenced with glass fence and all having the same unobstructed views.

There are 2 entrances to the villa: The main one is through an impressive bridge path with wooden deck floor fenced by glass which connects the outside road with the main wooden entrance door. This 'bridge' gives you the impression that you are 'embarking on board'. The second one is from the pool area using an external staircase.
