This is a villa in walking distance from Coral Bay Centre, walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and walking distance from all amenities. Bus stop, restaurants, taverns, bars and supermarkets only 2-3 minutes walk from the villa.

Downstairs the large, open plan living area, with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with a variety of channels to watch and Free wifi access.
The kitchen with a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine.
The dining area consists of a dining table that can accommodate comfortably 6 person.
There is also a guest toilet in the downstairs area.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. The other 2 bedrooms are sharing the main bathroom with a bath, toilet and wash basin. One of the bedroom is with 2 single beds and is sharing a balcony with the master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool. The third bedroom with a double bed.

All bedrooms and living area are fully air-conditioned.

From the large patio doors of the downstairs area you can access the private pool of this Holiday villa in Coral Bay with dimensions 10x4 meters and Roman steps. Parasol and sun beds enough for everyone. Garden table and chairs for dining al fresco!

There is a weekly limit of 250kwh for the use of electricity and air-conditioning.
