This Coral Bay villa is about 7 minutes walking distance to Coral Bay Beach and to the bus stop that you can get to the centre of Coral Bay and Paphos Town. The nearest supermarket is only 850m from this holiday villa.

Entering the holiday villa to the living room with its comfortable sofas enough to sit for six persons. A corner fireplace and a flat screen TV with British channels available through the internet. An arch way leads to the dining area that sits 6 persons. The kitchen that has all modern necessities like oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor with double bed. Separate shower room, wash basin and toilet.
Upstairs there are another 2 bedrooms, one is with double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other one with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room with wash basin and toilet.
Both bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool and nice sea views.

From the living room and dining area patio doors lead to the outside where the is pool and BBQ shaded area. Garden table with chairs for dining al-fresco. Sunbeds and parasols around the large 10x4 meters walk in pool.

Other facilities are Central Heating (Extra weekly charge €125 Euro), Safe Box, free WiFi, Hair Dryer.

There is a weekly limit of 250kwh for the use of electricity and air-conditioning.
