This Coral Bay Villa is only 10 minutes walk from the beach and just 2-3 minute walk to the centre of Coral Bay. In Coral Bay Centre there are gift shops, supermarkets, taverns, bars, restaurants, cafés and night clubs.
This Coral Bay villa is located in a quiet residential area of Coral Bay, reached via a private road. 

This is a detached 2 bedroom holiday villa, 2 storey and elegantly furnished, air conditioned throughout and unlimited free Wi-Fi access. 

Upon entering the villa you will find a spacious open plan living area with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with a large selection of channels via an android box. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a round dining table. A guest toilet and wash basin downstairs.

Large patio doors leads you to a gated verandah that opens onto the private garden and pool area.

The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and both share the bathroom with wash basin and toilet. The first bedroom with 2 single beds and main bedroom with a double bed. Large patio doors leads out to a balcony, overlooking the pool area.
